Industry Requirements 
to Pull Credit

  • Permissible Purpose: Although there are a lot of legitimate reasons to pull credit, we have a limited use case. We only deal with businesses that want to pull their customer's credit to evaluate their ability to repay a loan, financing plane, extension of credit, or the like. We DO NOT serve credit repair. companies, bankruptcy attorneys. tenant screeners, property managers, or private investigators.  
  •  Bonafide Business: We must validate that your company is in fact a company. You must have a business entity (LLC or Corporation), partnership, or sole proprietorship. 
  • ​Consumer Consent: You must get your customer's permission to pull a soft credit check on them. The consent can be written, electronic, or over the phone on a recorded line.

  • Lenders: If your are the lender, we can serve you! We have a broad customer base of lenders, whose underlying product ranges from business loans, persona loans, construction loans, solar financing, equipment leasing, etc. 
  • Brokers: Brokers of loans can get access to pull credit too! You don't just have to be the lender. The primary consideration is that you are pulling your customer's credit in connection with  financing.
  • ​Lead Generators: Yes! We can work with you too! Again, so long as you have the client's consent to pull their credit, and it's in connection with a financing plan, loan, or extension of credit, you're good!

Business Types We DO Not Serve

  • Credit Repair: Why? There is no financing involved. We only work with companies who want to look at credit to evaluate for lending/financing or the extension of credit.
  • Tenant Screen: Although a rental is similar to an extension of credit, tenant screening is in a different category we do not serve. 
  • Individual Consumer: We are a b2b company. our clients are businesses who want to check the credit of their customers. We do not deal directly with borrowers.
